Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce


  • 2 tsp. Sugar


  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic finely chopped


  • 4 tsp. Toasted sesame seeds


  • 4 oz. Boneless chicken breast 3/4" slices


  • 6 tbsp vegetable oil


  • 8 oz. Mushroom


  • 1 large onion chopped


  • 3-4 medium carrots cut into 2" strips


  • 1 cup bean sprouts


  • 1/2 cup fresh chopped spinach


  • 5 oz. Noodles


  • 5 tsp. Sesame oil


  • 1 Egg pancake

Directions

  • In medium bowl mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 2 tsp sesame seeds and garlic with the chicken. Set aside
  • In large frying pan or wok, heat vegetable oil on high for a minute. Add chicken fry stirring frequently for 3-4 minute. Place in covered bowl
  • Clean pan, add 1 tbsp oil heat on high for a minute, add mushrooms cook for a minute. Add to chicken. Repeat with rest of veggies cooking separately, no need to clean pan between veggies.
  • Cook and drain noodles, cut into 3 inch lengths. Add to chicken
  • Add 5 tsp. Sesame oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce,1 tsp sugar, 2 tsp sesame seeds to the chicken noodles and veggies. Mix, serve warm, garnish with egg pancake slices
