In medium bowl mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sugar, 2 tsp sesame seeds and garlic with the chicken. Set aside
In large frying pan or wok, heat vegetable oil on high for a minute. Add chicken fry stirring frequently for 3-4 minute. Place in covered bowl
Clean pan, add 1 tbsp oil heat on high for a minute, add mushrooms cook for a minute. Add to chicken. Repeat with rest of veggies cooking separately, no need to clean pan between veggies.
Cook and drain noodles, cut into 3 inch lengths. Add to chicken
Add 5 tsp. Sesame oil, 2 tbsp soy sauce,1 tsp sugar, 2 tsp sesame seeds to the chicken noodles and veggies. Mix, serve warm, garnish with egg pancake slices
